The Moment that shook the world

In the year 1993 there was a biggest crisis in Sudan where people were dying with hunger and seeking for help with hope. The people are hopeless, helpless and homeless, people are starving hopelessly, awaiting sign of relief and in the midst of this despair a photograph is taken that change the course of history.

In this iconic image a Little Girl could be seen dying with hunger and looking for the help and a vulture who is waiting this girl to die so that he could eat her. A famous photographer Kevin Karter when visit the Sudan to cover the story of this crisis once he saw that a Little Girls is waiting to die and a vulture behind her watches patiently waiting for its next meal. The Girls Sunken eyes meet with the camera and Kevin Just capture this in a frame.

Kevin Karter Took his own life after wining Pulitzer Price for the Image?? 

 

This picture becomes so famous that can lead to that win the Pulitzer price. And after this Kevin Karter took his own life. Actually, this happened when Kevin Karter was celebrating the success of this image which was Name with “The Vulture and a Little Girl” a person makes a call to him and congrats for the success of this image. And suddenly asked the Kevin that what happened with that young Girl later. The Carter replied that I was in hurry to catch my flight to don’t have idea, perhaps she could have died.

With this answer the man said something to Kevin, that day there were two Vulture who is looking the Girl, the one Who is awaiting this poor Girl to make its meal and another one who has the camera on his hand. The sentence was so heart-wrenching, and soon people started to criticize the carter that he could save the child by handing over to United Nation Feeding center. This incident took the carter to depression and finally he took his own life tragically.
